The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is an observation and evaluation system designed to improve the education of all students in the state of Wisconsin by supporting guided, individualized, self-determined professional growth and development of educators. Meetings and collaboration occurs on two levels: (1) individual educators meet and collaborate with supervising administrator to set student learning outcomes and discuss observations, and (2) individual administrators meet and collaborate with the district Superintendent to set goals and discuss site observations.
