    Application Process for Job Opportunities

    You can be assured that your entire application for employment will be given serious consideration. Please complete the online application via WECAN.  

    Additionally, for Faculty/Teaching/Administrative job openings, please attach the following materials electronically to the WECAN application:

    1. Letter of interest
    2. Resume
    3. License
    4. Transcripts
    5. Three letters of recommendation
    6. Application Questions (if applicable)

    If you do not have access to a computer, please submit:

    Candidates applying for more than one position should apply for each separate vacancy as posted, but only need to attach one set of the additional application materials.

    Once the district has received all of the requested materials, members of the administrative staff will assess your credentials. Applications will be reviewed for minimum qualifications and competencies and selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.  A complete file is necessary for consideration as an eligible candidate.  It is your responsibility to check to see if your file is complete. You may check your file status by calling our District Office at (608) 437-2400.

    If an opening exists for which you are qualified and are selected as a top candidate, an interview will be scheduled. Because of the large number of candidates we must process, it is not possible for us to notify every candidate of the status of our vacancy. Only candidates who have been interviewed will be notified when the appointment has been made.
